My computer has been having issues for months now. I can turn in on and boot it just fine. But at random times, either the screen will freeze and computer will shut down a second later, or the screen will freeze up then go black, but everything in my computer is running still. I am getting no blue screens, just crashes.

I have gotten rmas for my motherboard and my graphics card, bought a new power supply and heat sink for my processor, ran smart tools on my hard drive, and memtest86 on my ram sticks. I've cleaned the system, tried switching my sata ports around, messed with the fan speeds, changed my power strip, updated drivers, updated windows, and even cleared my hard drive and started over.

My build is:
MSI z97 Gaming 5 mobo
Intel Core i5 4690k
Sapphire radeon r9 290 tri-x oc 4gb
Corsair RM750i 750 watt
8gb gskill ripjaws extreme
seagate 1tb hdd
windows 7 64 bit

Any and all help is appreciated.

i understand but mem test doesn't mean you memory sticks are ok 100%.use your pc normally with one memory stick at a time to see if the problem is solved.(do not test it with mem test just use it).

What are your temps though i believe you have already checked them.
Mem test is not a hundred percent guarantee that memory is ok.i had similiar problem passing mem test but turnd out to!mbe memory.test with one memory stick at a time please.

My temps are normal. About 40 degrees for the CPU and around 55-60 for my GPU when it fails.
Also, I ran memtest with each stick individually when I ran the test, never together.
