We have a PC with 2X DisplayPort output on the Graphics card, plugged into 2X HDMI TVs (using Displayport of HDMI cables). Can only get Audio to go through one TV or the other, but not both at the same time. Just looking for use the same Audio on both TVs.....any ideas? There is also a webcam with a Mic. So we can't do the recording tab USB trick.

The TV is taking a single HDMI as the default audio port. You need to go into your TV's audio settings and disable the feature. I don't know what TV it is, but it's in the audio settings somewhere. I had to fix this issue for my father a year or so back. I can't really tell you EXACTLY what to look for, but I KNOW it's in the TV's audio settings, not the PCs. Are you using a Y cable to connect into the PC with a 3.5mm jack?

EDIT:
I'm sorry, I shouldn't say I KNOW it's in there, but I'm about 90% sure it is. I don't know what TV you have, but I DO know you need to be connecting audio with a Y-cable to make both displays play what's on screen.

Thanks Bmacker...that's helpful, we haven't tried that yet!

The TV's are LG UX340C 55" 2160p LED-LCD TV - 16:9 - 4K UHDTV - Silver, Black - ATSC - 178° / 178° - 3840 x 2160 - Virtual Surround - 20 W RMS - Edge LED - 2 x HDMI - USB

The PC is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 model#10FM002UUS with an Intel 530 on board graphics card. The graphics card has two separate Displayport outputs. We have the Two TV's plugged into the PC each with 6 foot Displayport to HDMI cables (IE> 2X cables). If it was Daisy chained Displayport this might be easier....but it's two Seperate Displayport outputs going into two HDMI Displays. We can get sound out of one display or the other...but not both at the same time. There are lots of suggestions to use a soundbar, etc. Also, suggestions to use a USB output so we can do two sources one HDMI and one USB doing the Recording tab trick. However you loose the Mic when you do that. Unfortunately, this does not answer the base question of 'Can you get sound out of Two separate Displays plugged into two seperate Displayport outputs on the same PC?' There does not appear to be any option for this within the windows sound control panel itself?!
