I have a CD ROM that is not reading any disks that I place within it. I bought another CD ROM and that didn't work...nor did changing the sata cables. After all this I checked my devices and everything seems fine except that the PCI has a yellow exclamation mark or a warning sign. Come to find out its error 28 or something and there's no driver for it. Is this effecting my CD ROM from reading my disks or do I have more problems than I know I have?
