I'll have 8 gb ram next week and nvidia geforge gt 730 2gb gddr5 64 bit and kinda want to get an windows 10 with directx 12.
Idk if i upgrade the 7 ultimate to 10, if 10 will be ultimate as well or to directly install windows 10 ultimate and end of story ?
Anyone who tryed it, please tell me.
And if i can run on windows 10 ultimate 64 bit any pc game that windows 7 ultimate 64 bit can run and if windows 10 it's working great with 8 gb ram and 2gb gddr5 and dual core e4600 2,4ghz.

Windows 10 should run Ok on that CPU, but games might run a bit sluggish compared to Windows 7. You should consider looking up the CPU compatibility list for your motherboard and if possible, upgrade the CPU to a faster dual core or maybe a quad core...

There is no Win 10 'Ultimate'
There is no free Upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10.

If you want Win 10 as the end result, buy Win 10 and install that. Don't mess around with upgrading.
And you don't need Win 10 Pro. Win 10 Home will do just fine.

Your e4600 is a 8+ year old socket 775 cpu. Before even considering Windows 10 you should look up your specific motherboard as it is likley there was no driver upgrades even made for windows 8.1, let alone windows 10. Thus going to Win 10 on that legacy hardware would be a bad idea.

If there is Win 10 drivers for your hardware then you will be better of doing a clean instal of win 10 instead of the wasted resources and potential glitches of installing win 10 over win 7.

As for installing Windows 10, there are 2 options, install Windows 7 and drivers, then upgrade to Windows 10 and pray it works (the upgrade is hit or miss as far as success). As mentioned, it's no longer a free upgrade to Windows 10.

The other option is a clean install of Windows 10, which depends on your hardware, Windows 10 has a lot of backwards compatibility, but it's not perfect. I've had a clean install go both good and bad with varying ages of machines. i.e. my old desktop with a Q9550 and 8gb DDR2, did a clean install perfectly, but my laptop with a Core 2 Duo T9500 and 4gb DDR2, I was forced to install 7, then upgrade. But it runs well on both machines.

In your situation, I'd start with a clean install and see if everything installs, if not, try installing the Windows 7 drivers using compatibility settings. If no joy, then go with the longer process of Win 7, drivers, Win 10.
