Sabertooth 99fx r2.0 failure to post, boot to bios, random crash

80% of the time, failure to post.
50% of success, boots to bios (F1 to go to bios as only option)
100% of the time, random lockups when in system.

Ram passes memtest.
2 HDDs with same problems.
2 video cards with same problems.

I've already sent this back to ASUS twice who come back with "No problem! Try all new components and see if that helps." Before I throw a complete fit and starting filing BBB/small claims/the kitchen sink, is there anything that could account for these errors *other* than a faulty motherboard?

I already did that and had no change in symptoms.

I should note the post failure comes with no lights, sound, or other indications something went wrong, other than nothing happens.
