GPU or PSU dying?

Hi guys, I think either my GPU or PSU is on it's last breath. I'm leaning more towards the PSU. Both are around 5 years old. Yesterday, I noticed while typing on a forum, the input was very slow (taking a few seconds for letters to enter.) Lasted maybe 30 seconds. Didn't think much of it. Last night, while gaming, display glitched it, GPU drivers crashed, computer rebooted. Now whenever I put any sort of load on the GPU, the display craps out, drivers usually crash, computer sometimes reboots. Even the screen saver turning on causes this. Earlier my mouse was having issues. I could move the cursor but the buttons would not work. Working fine now though. Tried running PRIME95 for 30 minutes, didn't cause any issues. Any suggestions? Cheers

Oh here's a quick video of the display crapping out... notice it didn't fully boot up and I had to restart.

Solution
Pull the GPU out and run with just the integrated graphics for a bit. If it does the same thing, you can pin the issue on your PSU, if it doesn't, its the GPU.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention I had already tried that. Seems to function perfectly fine. I'm not able to use any programs that are graphically intense though with the integrated GPU or even run the screen saver. Does this rule out the PSU as being the culprit 100%?

EDIT: Would a bad GPU cause my mouse to stop working?

Okay so I remembered I had an old PC in the crawlspace. Dug it out and popped in this old Radeon 3870 and everything seems to be working! So it must be the GPU! I guess it's finally time for an upgrade!
