my brand new keyboard is pushing my mental boundries. How_ ok you see this_ that is supposed to be the flipping question mark but nooooo. evry button eccept the alphabet is messed up and makes zero sense! im even surprised ! works. after a system restart evrything works fine. then i boot up cs and play for like 10 minutes and the keyboard is messed up again. i have uninstalled synapse and re installed it again, checked the language settings so im not on some weird keyboard layout made for aliens, EVEN contacted razer about this shit and they reply with the same copy paste bullshit evry time. tried making a angry face just now but.....yeah. please end my suffering

Ah okay, no worries.
I've seen this issue before, the only fix I know of is completely uninstalling synapse.
After this delete any razer files on your laptop like recognition and drivers etc.
Should fix your problem.
After this you can try a reinstall which could work, but most of the time after a while it just comes back.
Contact Razer and ask them for a replacement board, typically a firmware problem.
