Help needed! Graphics card fans at 100%, not being detected

Booted up my computer today. GPU fans running at 100%. Not being recognized. Running on onboard graphics atm. GPU is galaxy 780 HOF edition. Tried reinstalling drivers but it wont allow it it because no nvidia hardware is detected. Reset Bios nothing changed. Also tried reseating the card multiple times. Power cables reconnected multiple times.

You should have the card tested. There is a chance the PSU can no longer supply the power requirements. This said its a very good chance your video card has died.
