Laptop WIFI Issues

I was playing BF1 until the game freez and i got disconnected from the server, though it was the wifi's problem but i was able to fix it(Shotly) with troubleshooter, but it happens again after a short period, tried on other games and still had the same issue, it's happening more frequently now, what should i do?

Then I am guessing that you're using a router from your internet provider. Because you're using the one they gave u, they have permissions that you don't. The only way would be to contact your service provider and ask them if they can help you out.

go to 192.168.0.1 user: admin Password: Password then go to wireless section then select the channel to auto. This is probably happening because a person started using the same channel you're using then both got interrupted.

I went to there but it saids my access was denied,,,
