I would like some suggestions of builds that would work something similar to this or even better of course. Or some advice would be fine. I would like to the keep the price around where it is, no higher than $1250. I would like to refrain from using liquid cooling and just use fans. Also I don't need anything else that's not on the list unless I need it to work, but otherwise things like headphones, keyboards, and mouses I already have.

Thank you, but should I step down from 2 TB to 1? Also I've tried to look up how much there's a difference between RAM's 2133/2400/300, but it doesn't tell me what I want. What's the main differences? Almost sleep time for me so I might not be able to respond till later.

Ok thank you very much! One last thing, can you suggest a 144 hz monitor that could fit my budget along with the 1070? or would I not be able to get one because of my budget range? Otherwise thanks again :D

Sure thing.
Here's the min i'd go with for a 1070 144hz build while still keeping the overclocking capabilities.
I can bring it under budget, but that means no CPU overclocking.
