When i'm building I can never fully see what i've built because the chunks only load so far from me and can only see things nearby. I would like to see things off in the distance and not just have it cut off into nothingness. http://imgur.com/a/tHMNG There are the images.

Other than Optifine I have not come across any other solutions to the fairly poor loading system coded into the game.
You may simply be hitting the limitations of the game itself.
When I had this issue I added in the fog to a certain point that the chunks would stay rendered. Its not a solution, but its a "fix"
