Like i said in the title, 1 2 and 3 don't register whenever i press CTRL. But when i do CTRL + ALT + (1,2, or 3) they work.

I don't know EXACTLY when this started happening but this was never a problem, i even bought a new keyboard because i thought my old one was defective, thing is, the problem persisted.

Anyone know anything on how to fix this?

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you but this has also just started happening to me. I downloaded the piece of software call Passmark that allows you to test your keys and indeed only the ctrl+1, ctrl+2 and ctrl+3 combinations are not working. At least I am not the only one, hopefully someone can shed some light on it soon!

EDIT: I found a solution (at least for myself). I switched off 'SHARE' on my Nvidia GeForce Experience software. For some reason it was causing conflict.

I actually found out that its Nvidia GeForce, either it didn't update itself or its the Nvidia share, but everytime i either update the program itself or turn off Share it runs perfectly

I just now saw your edit, i found that out too a day after i posted this thread. I have no idea why Nvidia would be causing keyboard problems, they need to look into that.
