My computer is boot slowy and sometimes takes time to delete,copy, and move items. Sometimes fails to boot.

Hi there myaccount1234,

I would agree with the other guys. The drive is in a really poor condition. You need to back up the data stored on it ASAP, as it could fail at any time.
There are some bad sectors on it, which could increase really fast and the drive can become inaccessible.

If the drive is under warranty, just RMA it. Otherwise, you will need to get a new one. You can consider getting an SSD as well. You will experience significantly shorted boot/loading times.
