Solution
I would go for an ASUS GTX 1060 according to the data provided by UserBenchmark. The Zotac has a rating of 91% + or - 3% whereas the ASUS is 94% + or - 4%.

UPDATE - See below comments by King Dranzer regarding motherboard.

Can you provide me link for above GPu you mentioned :) My Budget is 35k INR so you can provide me another good GPU too

You are doing lot of mistakes with the build. For example the GPU is crap as Thulram said but one thing missed out here is that the Motherboard you are going for is also crap because it is DDR3 board. What is your budget(at max) we can help you in better way if we know that. According to the above list and your specified GPU budget it is going around INR75,000 can you push it even further what is your limit.

My total Budget is 75 INR for full and whole Rig, yeah i know motherboard is quite low but b150 has DDR4 version too. Still as you are saying, i will change my motherboard , and how about ASUS H170 PRO Gaming Mobo.

With above mentioned zotac GPU is around 18k INR and for all components with above mentioned are quietly in 55k as i calculated.

So we need to change motherboard and GPU right ? Please suggest me good mobo which have good transfer speed and will last for 5-6 years, and also for GPU

people Gave 1 star for this GPU idk but is it for overpriced ?

Get these parts:

CPU: i5-6600K
Motherboard: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
Memory: Corsair DDR4 8GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 ACX 3.0 SC
Storage: Samsung 750Evo 250GB

All this come up to INR75-76,000
You said you wont be OC but getting Unlocked CPU doesn't mean it is compulsory to overclock it. You can leave it at base clock and when things get bad in future like after 2-3 years then you can overclock instead of upgrading to get better results. Even at base clock i5-6600K performs a lot better than i5-6500.

Get that GTX 1070. It is imported piece but being EVGA graphics card it comes with EVGA Global support. Which means you can claim its warranty in India without a problem. All other components have Indian warranty you will not be facing any problems with them.

Just last Question is my CM Thunder 500w is enough for this whole parts? and GTX 1070 ACX will fix in CM Elite 311 case because i already have.

Is Hyper 212x is good enough for i5 6600k ? ( not planning to OC )

This is best solution i can get , Thanks Dranzer mate for helping me out coz i was buying crap config with same budget and i really wished for i5 6600k and some people said your main purpose is gaming so they recommended me i5 6500. And this will last long till how many years ?

I am currently facing WD Green HDD with heating issues. In future if i want to go for good HDD which one i should buy ? 4tb or 2 tb

Firstly, my mind was occupied elsewhere to notice the mobo/ram issue, B150 mobos can be hit and miss when it comes DDR4.

Secondly, a WD Green should NEVER be used as your primary hard drive, it is a slower drive that is used for secondary storage on gaming PCs. Grab a WD Blue. Just go for a 2TB unless you see yourself filling your drive with a 1000 games.

This i5-6600K GTX1070 configuration will last you easily 4-5 years at 1080p

Ultra settings for 1-2 years
High to Very High settings for 2-4 years
Medium to High settings for 4-5+years

Get i5-6600K instead of i5-6500 there is good difference in game performance between both. If you go for i5-6500 then it will last 3-4 years(hardly in CPU intense games).

I forgot to mention that in few months when you have like INR10-11,000 get Corsair RM650x or RM750x(RM750x for better future-proofing). I am recommending that specific PSU because it comes with 10Year warranty which means you can use it for 2-3builds without the requirement of spending on PSU every time you upgrade. It is the best PSU for that price.

What size of HHD you wanna get depends on the budget.

First upgrade the PSU than the RAM and finally the HDD.

Corsair, Seasonic and Delta are the three best PSU manufacturers that I've heard over the years. I myself recently bought the Corsair RM1000i but that's out of your budget.

Your case can hold your gear but it might be worthwhile to see if you can upgrade your GPU to the GTX 1070. An i5 and GTX 1070 combo is better than an i7 and GTX 1060 combo.

If you take my suggestion, I recommend purchasing the MSI GTX 1070 8GB GAMING X.

But King Dranzer suggested EVGA GTX 1070 ACX 3.0 SC GPU for i5 6600k. And you suggesting MSI GTX 1070 8GB GAMING X., Which one i should buy ?

Okay i would go for MSI as you said but can you provide me link for that GPU and it should be in INR :) Thanks

Why in the world would OP spend 10,000 extra for that GPU. It is waste of money and meaningless.

EVGA GPU is better than MSI. Many in this or any other forum will agree to it. Bothy quality wise and service wise EVGA is far better than MSI. If you still doubt it you can create another thread regarding EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0(INR32,000) vs MSI GTX1070 Gaming X 8G - Twin Frozr VI(INR42,000)
