I just bought an H100i V2 last month and the fans are now acting weird. It's crazy because I paid good money for this and the fans didn't even lasted for a month. Whenever I put the fans on Pull ( fans on top of radiator & pulling the air out) one of the fans makes a strange noise. This thing still has a story warranty, what do you think I should do guys? I mean, the story is very far from our home and going there just to change one fan is a waste of money because of transportation.

Check to see if there is anything obstructing the fan, a loose wire can be a typical culprit and is often difficult to spot when the radiator is housed in the case.
If you do genuinely have a faulty fan it seems to me you have 2 options. 1, take it back to the store and ask for a replacement. 2, replace the fan yourself (this can be done pretty cheaply, lots of cheap fans on Amazon so no need to travel far). If you are going to replace the fan you need to consider how big the fan you need is - typically 120mm

It's definitely the fan, I tried removing one of the fans and the sound disappeared. I also tried everything you said and it appears the the only solution is to place the fan upwards. Will there be a difference when I buy Corsair SP120 High Perf. PWM Edition compared to what I'm using right now?

It doesn't matter too much what fan you put on. Different fans have different amounts of pressure and airflow at different noise levels, but any fan will push air through your radiator. I'm partial to Noctua's fans because they come with a lot of nice accessories and have great acoustics vs airflow, but they're rather expensive. Yate Loons are excellent cheap fans, which may be found as low as $2 per fan. I ran those on my radiator before I ditched watercooling.
The only real difference will be cosmetic. You may have different airflow rates for each fan but that won't matter too much. You should be able to mount the fan much the same as the original fan provided you have kept the original screws etc. There are lots of great fans out there for pretty low prices. My preference would be BeQuiet! fans (pure wings 2). As the name suggests they are pretty quiet and from experience, reasonably priced.

TBH AiO watercoolers are close to a scam to begin with. At an equal price point, air coolers perform better and with lower noise. The only advantage is that you're not hanging a large object off of the motherboard, which can be safer if you move your computer a lot. I ditched watercooling several years ago after admitting to myself it was a money sink for little benefit.
If I were in your shoes, I'd return the unit and get a nice $35 tower cooler that will perform similarly.

If it was me and i'd made the decision not to return the product to the store, i'd replace both fans. Cosmetically it will look better, and you could always ebay the working spare one to claw some $$ back. You could always keep it as a spare.
Pretty much every build i've done I change out the 'stock' case fans for something better (usually quieter). So I get where you're coming from when it comes to waste etc.
