I try to recover my data from Toshiba hard drive PF208RRX3 001X01000 A2440A but unfortunately lost the sticker with parameters. Please connect me to Toshiba repair shop in order to get parameters which were written on the sticker? Thank you in advance.

Hey there again, @denisru!

If your hard drive has failed, they won't repair it. However, they might be able to retrieve the data and put it on another drive. This is how data retrieving companies usually operate. If you are dealing with a damaged hardware on the HDD, you'd most likely receive a replacement but it won't be the same HDD.

I'd advise you to go to their official website and search for Data Recovery Services.

Good luck!

Welcome to Tom's Hardawre, @denisru!

I'd advise you to use your HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool. The utility should display the model and serial number of your hard drive. This would allow you to go to their official website and check the warranty. If it's still covered, please contact the reseller's/manufacturer's customer support for Data recovery referrals and RMA assistance.
The contacts you should be able to find on their official website. Just Google it and you should be able to find it.

In the future, always make sure you backup your data on different HDDs/storage locations. Having duplicates of your files is how you will avoid the data-loss headaches from happening again. Transferring files from one storage to another without having at least one more copy of it is not a backup!

Hope this helps. Best of luck!
