Welcome to Tom's Hardawre, @denisru!
I'd advise you to use your
HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool. The utility should display the model and serial number of your hard drive. This would allow you to go to their official website and check the warranty. If it's still covered, please contact the reseller's/manufacturer's customer support for Data recovery referrals and RMA assistance.
The contacts you should be able to find on their official website. Just Google it and you should be able to find it.
In the future, always make sure you backup your data on different HDDs/storage locations. Having duplicates of your files is how you will avoid the data-loss headaches from happening again. Transferring files from one storage to another without having at least one more copy of it is not a backup!
Hope this helps. Best of luck!
