guys i have settled myself down to a certain build and i want to hear your thoughts as its very important its very expensive for me and i want it to be just perfect as much as it could

so here is it
ASRock B150M Pro4S/D3 Socket 1151 Motherboard
Intel Core I5-6500 6M Skylake 3.2GHz
Current PSU seasonic 520w 80+ bronze ( won't change it ) Tell if it won't work
Current Ram 2x4 Gb Gskill Ares ( won't change it )
Evga GTX 1070 FTW or SC or ( you tell me, i simply want the most performance i can get without overclocking it myself ), Plus Top Quality ( like not plastic Body, something powerful and top quality Parts ) not zotac ( as its size way too big, And price differences between card versions is not a huge deal ) and about the ram will it work ? or i have to buy ddr4 board and ram?, also what's the real difference in the actual gaming bench between 8gb ddr3 and ddr4 1600 rams?

i don't think there is anything missing here, you tell me if there is any am quite newbie <3 thanks in advance

Solution
that seems to be better. especially the 4 RAM slots.
Seriously, think again about GPU. 1060 will do the same job at much lower price.
Get an SSD instead - you will have much better experience :)

i know that, the whole point was to go with ddr3 so i keep my old rams, now i have to buy a ddr4 motherboard and new rams, so i need suggestions on which is the best budget ddr4 and 2x4 combo ddr4 rams to get for this build

What is your monitor ?
for 1080p@144Hz you need an i7 to get past 100-120FPS in quite a few games. for 1440p or higher res monitors your are fine with i5+GTX 1070.
For your RAM question ... You can't really reuse your current DDR3 as skylake requires low voltage modules to be used - doubt you have such. So do it with DDR4. The difference in gaming performance can be 0 to 10% depending on the game. GTA V is good example of RAM speed sensitive game.
The 1070 SC is awesome card (I own it). The FTW is over engineered, larger, with RGB and a bit cooler VRM. Personally, I'd go for the SC Black edition as it's much cheaper and I don't care about lighting on the cooler.
PSU is good and there is no need to change it unless it's broken (total system power draw while gaming is below 250 watt)

1080p 60Hz so am pretty sure that i will get over 60+ in all games, and yeah am now on very budget, as i have to change the board for ddr4 as been said, that's gonna mess up the budget hard for me but lets see the suggestions and see i wish there is good ones out there <3

i found this one http://www.egprices.com/en/product/msi-b150m-pro-vd-socket-lga-1151-motherboard-el-badr-group as i live in egypt, and sometimes some pieces aren't there

i live in egypt, and the vga will come from outside, the country, i might ask if they can order other parts for me as well, but i want to see what's the best board - ram - cheapest as possible as well, so far

honestly, you don't need the GTX 1070 for the 1080@60Hz.
it's waste of money. the GTX 1060 can do way over 60 FPS on 1080 with maxed out settings.
with the saved money, you can get good MB + RAM and may be even better CPU.
CPUs have much longer lifespan than GPUs.
So in your situation, practical powerful setup would be:
Z170 MB (I like the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Aura)
16GB DDR4 2400Mhz (or faster)
i7 6700K (even without overclock it runs faster) or at least i5-6600K (still runs faster than non K even without overclock )
GTX 1060 6GB.

i did calculate that, and it did go way above my budget, which is maximum of 10k, in my currency, the list of prices is like this
gtx 1070 from 5555egp to 6k, G.skill Ripjaws 4 8GB for 575 and i5 6500 is for 2575 remains the motherboard the ones i listed as you can see, both for 1250 which means 9950 more or less , and that if the card wasn't for 6k, which will close it to 10k, and i know 1060 will get 60 in most, but i want 1070 as it will remain for more years than 1060 with those specs because to get similar or close with 1060 i will pay even more so what do you think of that ? ( sorry i m a mess )

The 1060 will server you about 3-5 years without problem on 1080p.
You will be bottle necked by i5 much sooner than by GTX 1060.
GTX 1060 is considerably (~30%) cheaper than 1070.
that money would be better invested in other components in your system.

<3 thanks a lot man a lot a lot, so for final thoughts here is what all the parts that ( if the card is for 5.555 ) and didn't go higher, will cost me 10030 exactly ( those 30 as much as its low but will be harsh ) so please tell me what you think of it

http://www.egprices.com/en/product/asus-b150m-pro-gaming-socket-lga-1151-motherboard-new-vision
i picked the asus one ( more 100 expensive ) fine as long as its still 10k, limit, barely
and of course the 1070 hoping i can get the FTW version

Edit: found also this one ( no idea what's the difference or why its much cheaper )
http://www.egprices.com/en/product/gigabyte-ga-h110m-s2ph-socket-1151-motherboard-rev-1-0--sigma-computer
around 350+ cheaper than the asus one, but am fine if the differences is worth it <3 waiting for the final response and thanks so so much man <3
