What you recommand me then ? i have an anti virus on this pc,so he detected nothing since i use it.

It looks like ransomware (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ransomware) got onto your old pc. In theory, your files can be recovered, but it usually requires you tu pay the attackers and it is not guaranteed that they will provide you a way to recover your files even if you pay them. If there aren't any important files on your old hdd then you can just format it and forget about your old data.

Your antivirus may have detected nothing because the virus was installed on different disk or it was encrypted together with other files or it deleted itself after it has done it's job.

Oh okai thanks, its on old hdd with pictures/videos from my childhood :D ill install it back in the old pc,maybe i can do something from there,+ i dont even know how did i take that virus,
