I'm not quite sure that I've understood you. Are you able to boot to Windows? Does this message appear when you try to boot to Windows?
If you're having issues with the Windows installation process, would you please let me know what's the version you're trying to install so that I can give you a specific tutorial on how to do it.
If you're having trouble with your hard drive you could give it a try with a different SATA port and different cables, to see if the same thing happens.

listen man i use windows 10 and in this windows i download android 4.4 iso file and make it bootable with the help of rufus and after this i boot this android 4.4 after the instalition i use it and after few months we wants to installed windows 7 when i installed windows 7 windows installition is started but after loading the partition option is shows but there is no partition is shows and A REQUIRED CD\DVD driver is missing error is shown and he said that to take driver in pen drive insert in pc [ i also trying to install windows 8,7,and xp] but same error is shown please help me

I'm not sure if I've understood you correctly, but it sounds like you're having issues with either the installation media, or the drive itself. Check this tutorial on how to make a clean/fresh install of Windows 7 (including formatting the drive and creating partitions during the installation process): http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html.
