When I accidentally disconnect the laptop wire. My laptop closed, I tried to put the wire back and it turns ON, i was so happy. When my laptop turns ON it was too laggy (lag) i could not even play games, open more than 2-3 pages on internet and more. I tryed many ways to fixed it - remove programs Uninstall free up space on my laptop’s hard drive - Start button “msconfig“ - Update - laptop’s virus scanner.
Thanks for your time if you know somethink please answers.
Sorry for my bad English!!! :D

Solution
Do a system restore. Restore it to a point in time where It wasn't slow
Maybe you should just leave the laptop off for a few hours or even days and see if it improves

10/01/2017 I went to a specialist to fix my laptop. After 2 days 12/1/17 he fix.
It was working so fast that i have ever imagined in my hole life.
Yesterday i wanted to watch a movie and i accidentally unplugged the wire i opened the laptop and i sow everything was working fine and i start the movie. The next day i started the laptop and the lag again....
If i do system restore will the system restore bring my old laptop (before the specialist see it) or it will be after the specialist (before 10/1/2017 or after 10/1/2017)
Thank you for your reply hope you will read it and understand
Have a nice day!!!

It probably could, but personally I probably wouldn't risk it

Your PC probably didn't save a copy of a system restore point when it was normal, but incase it did, what I would do is
ask the specialist for his advice first, whether or not to restore it or just let him check it out and do his skills

If you don't want this to happen again, I strongly recommend you get yourself a battery for your laptop, which I'm assuming you don't have one since the laptop is being runned by the cord and not an external battery, so you can run it off the battery and don't have to be worried about unplugging the system
But yeah, just ask him what he should do first, and see if he can hook you up with a battery for your laptop, hope I could help =D
