Pc freezes and black screen

Hi all please guys help my! I have a hp compaq dc8000 elite sff. I bought it used with this specs:
Core2 duo e8400 3ghz
2Gb ram ddr3
240w psu
Windows 10 32 bit
and then I upgraded the gpu that comes with motherboard (intel q45..) to a new gigabyte gt 610 2gb ddr3.
But the problem is sometimes my pc freezes randomly and screen turn black and forced my to hold the power button to turn the pc off and turn it back on! I don't know why this happened to my computer but please guys help my

Did you install the nVidia drivers after you installed Windows 7?

The PCIe power does not really matter if the overall power of the system is too much for the power supply, or if there are issues with the power supply in running properly.

But pci e slot support 75w graphics card and gt 610 only take 29w but I think I fix the problem by format my pc to windows 7 and i didn't face any problem now. thanks for suggestions

I installed driver from the disc that come with gigabyte gt 610 but after using w7 about 3 days no problem perhaps my pc work much better in w7! I think my computer doesn't like windows 10 ;)
