color goes green for seconds and then normal after windows 10 installed

Windows 10 recent update tried to update and kept saying couldnt. at that time I noticed that my the colors were turning green, getting dark and then going normal...so I bought a new monitor because the one I had was old and used previous. It wasnt the monitor, still doing it so I figured it must be my video card...nvidia version 306.23, GeForce 615OSE nForce 430, my comp is an HP s5703w 64bit I have windows 10 home...I have tried all the fixes, updated and restarted and was able to access the nvidia control panel after updated driver through my control panel. Still having the color change unstable video for seconds but constant, may go anywhere from 1min to 15min with clear perfect colors and graphics. Does this mean the video card is going out? And I pray that it can be replaced for a minimal amount or do I have to be a new computer, I really hope not! HELP

I am still having the issue, is there no one out there that has experienced this or is willing to help me...I just would like for someone to confirm that it is my video card or something else! PLEASE HELP!
