New pc turning on for a split second and shuts off

So i just bought some components and built my first pc, but when i finished putting everything in place it turns on for a split second and dies. The fans spin for a second and turns off, and the motherboard is lighting a led saying error with cpu so i dont know what to do i already breadborded it to see if everything is in place. Please help i dont want to loose my first pc :(

Hello,
Could you give all your PC specifications like, motherboard, cpu, gpu ect?
Do you have a speaker connected to your motherboard? Beep code error would be easier to identify the problem.

Msi h110m pro vh socket 1151
Core i3 6100
4gb corsair vengance lpx ddr4
Gtx 750 ti
And i have a 900 watts psu my cousin gave me a while ago and it was working but ill be testing another psu just to be sure (sorry dont know the name of it)

And it doesnt make any beep noise i have it but it just turns off immediately:(

Somehow the powersupply (900 watts one) wasnt working anymore idk why and because i was turning the pc on to test it a lot, i think the electricity prevented the pc from turning on with the other power supply so i gave the pc a break for a day and a half and it turned on with the second used power supply i mentioned:)
