Have you tried the ports on the back of the case? They are directly attached to the MOBO. That way, you will see if there's something wrong with your front panel.
If you are facing the same problem with the ports on the back, then you can go to the MOBO's website and update all the drivers.
In case this doesn't help, then it may be a good idea to contact the MOBO's manufacturer Support.
