I dont know if my laptop is good or not but i actually checked some of the games and found that i could run them but when i bought them it felt like crap....i couldnt even get 18+ fps at need for speed rivals where sites like gamedebate and system requirements lab shows i can run them as my pc completes minimum requirements to run the game .....any advice would would be great to me and thanks in advance...My PC specs -:
AMD A10-8700P Raeon R6 , 10 Compute cores 4C+6G 1.80Ghz (Turbo boost to 3.2 Ghz)
8GB Ram (7.45 usable) with dedicated graphic card AMD Radeon R5 M335

My advice: buy a new laptop. That laptop really isn't a gaming laptop just because it has a dedicated GPU. For a good gaming experience I would recommend a laptop with a gtx 960m at the least. You could try lowering the resolution and settings, but there isn't much else you can do to play graphically demanding games.

Well just because you can actually technically run the game doesn't mean you will get playable frame rates. Sorry, but the only thing I would recommend is setting the settings to as low as they can go and hold out until you can either trade in your laptop for a better one or until you save up enough money to buy a desktop. You can build a console-killer desktop for around $500-600 (no monitor), so I would just save up spare cash until that becomes an option.

The gaming versions of laptops have generally been overclocked in order to get more power out of the hardware, yours wont have been (even possibly been underclocked in order to keep power consumption and temps lower).

The GPU has it's own 2GB of graphics memory, so it doesn't use any system ram. Also even increasing memory size wouldn't solve much, especially not when running low settings and 768p.
