Solution
You can get a new keyboard for about $20: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Toshiba-Satellite-L75-L75D-L75-A-L75D-A-L75t-L75t-A-Laptop-Keyboard-US-Black-/291282606325?hash=item43d1cbd8f5:g:6ycAAOSwmUdUU0aj

The replacement is pretty easy, there are 2 screws on the bottom of the laptop with little keyboard symbols next to them, once those are removed, you can gently pry up the keyboard and then disconnect the ribbon cable. Reverse the procedure to install the new one.

I tried to find a service manual but was unsuccessful but you might be able to find a guide somewhere.
