My need is like you said kinda heavy games movies music, and some lightweight programs that i need for my automation college...im planning on spending about 170 euros for the gigabyte geforce GTX 1050 gaming g1 ti 4gb onther 220euros in intel core i5 6600k and 350 on motherboard and psu rams and cooler

alright then I suggest one of these boards (from cheapest to most expensive):

Gigabyte Z170(x):
- G1.Sniper
- Gaming 3
- UD3
- Gaming 5
- UD5

ASUS Z170
- Pro Gaming
- Pro Gaming Aura
- Pro
- Maximus VIII Ranger

and add a quality PSU like (roughly from best to worst):
- Corsair RMx/RMi
- EVGA Supernova P2 / G2 / GS
- Super Flower Leadex
- XFX XTR
- Seasonic G
- XFX TS Gold
- XFX Core / Pro / TS Bronze
- Seasonic M12II / S12II
- Corsair CXM550
- Super Flower King

what I meant is... there are blower type cards, mostly cards with 1 fan that's not in the center of the card
and then there are the other, more common cards.

so if you find a dual-fan design by Gainward, it's just as fine as the MSI or the Gigabyte but most likely a bit cheaper
