Thoughts on This PC? Help?

My friends dad refuses to do a build even if we do it for him. (My friend is underage so his dad is paying for it.) How is this computer? We need something that can play today's games no problem and last a long time. (please no amd if you post a computer.) The price should be around this please. If you have something better please post. We also live in california so it needs to not blow up from the heat.

GTX1070 generally requires a 500w psu. Not the generic 350w listed.

It might be worth the exercise to itemize the components and see how much is being charged for the assembly.

For fast action games and multiplayer it should be good.
If the primary games are sims, mmo and strategy games, the single thread clock rate will be a limiter.
