I'm still having fps drops literally all games with no reasons.... If someone knows a very good optimized game that is new,comment please, I will see if I have fps drops there too. there is a good temperature(45 cpu, 64 gpu on games I'm having fps drops)
I'm desperate to fix it for a long time already because it's annoying to play with alot of fps drops... Makes the game unplayable. Is my graphics card damaged or something?

Gpu: Msi Gtx 960 4GB
Motherboard: Asus h81m-a
Ram: Geil 2x4 ram
Power supply: seasonic 620w
I don't think it is a bottleneck, because I've seen someone playing with i3 4130 gtx titan X and he had no fps drops...on GTA V which is insanely cpu demanding...Just lower fps than other cpu... But he had no drops...
