Downloading works horrible, but download speed is 47mbps

Download is terribly slow I use lap top. My download speed is 47mbps. It's on wireless. When lap top is on cable it downloads normaly (very fast). It opens tabs fast, and i watch youtube vidios without any trouble. It's only downloading. Tested download speed is 47bmps, but 48MB file is on download for about an hour and it's on 3.7MB.

Could be a problem with the location you are downloading from.
Could also mean your wifi drivers need an update, its in a deadzone that isn't getting tgood wifi, your router is broken, etc.

Ethernet > WiFi for internet connection. WiFi is not the ideal solution and troubleshooting is difficult.

I just downloaded driver and it's all the same. I'm downloading Eclipse, maybe the problem is up to that link?
Thank you, it's up to them i easily downloaded some other file.
