Recently upon shutdown of my computer through win10, it looks as if my pc is about to shut off but does 1 loud beep and wont turn off at all. My moniors are black and i have to hold down the power button manually to turn it off. Can anyone help or explain why my pc is not turning off correctly?

I would start by turning off any power saving features such as Hibernation and Sleep. Also make sure under "power options" where it says "What to do when I press power button" -make sure that is set to Shutdown.
That beep is you motherboard telling you something - if you google the brand/model of your board along with "1 beep error message" (or something similar) it should tell you what the one beep means.
