Finished building a friend's computer (so I thought) but only thing showing any life is the led on the power switch. I have double and triple checked cables all seem to be in right spot. Could it be a PSU problem?

Specs:

Cpu: Intel i5 4690
Vga:gtx 970 gigabyte
Mobo:Asrock z97 anniversary
Ram: hyperx 8gb

Just the led on the power button lights up when i plug it in to the wall. When i press the button physically nothing happens, no clicks, noises or fans running completely lifeless
