Thanks!
(I'm new to this - I use Turtle Beach PX22 headphones, a logitech f130 gamepad and a Steam controller. I use all of them at the same time frequently. I don't think this matters much, but I'm including it anyways.)

I can't upgrade my PSU. Dell's voiding my warranties if I do.

Solution
Oh I read 385W before but whatever, you should still make sure that you're covered if you add a graphics card. I wouldn't personally trust that power supply to actually put out its rated amperage but it will probably suffice if you're trying not to void your warranty. Still upgrade the PSU in the near future though, even if it's a couple months before the warranty ends.

Do you think it is safe to upgrade without changing out the PSU?
(The warranties are important to me, accidental damage is included and I paid way too much for this computer and its actual worth)

You can probably pull it off for a while, but PSUs get weaker over time and you never know what's going to happen when you overdraw it. Some shut down, some catch fire. A good PSU is an investment to ensure the reliability of all the other components for years to come. How long is the warranty?

They all end August 2018

Yikes, I don't know then. This is one of the reasons I don't buy insurance, it's just a juiced bet against the insurer that locks you into not changing anything. See if you're still under warranty if you put in a card that has a higher recommended PSU wattage than the PSU in your prebuilt, they might not even honor any changes that alter the product they sold to you.

but isn't the recommended wattage for 1060 400W? I'm confused.
