Im about to upgrade my GPU, i've read a bunch of post about this general discussion between this two cards. My final doubt is: should i go for GTX1060 cause is generally better or go for RX480 cause people says it performance will be better once DX12 powers all games ?
(i'm not pretty sure about the DX12 thing, thats why im considering GTX1060)
If you can specify the custom version of the best option, would be great

Thanks in advance

The EVGA SuperCloked version has only 1 fan, is that enough for the temps?

6GB version, wich version of ASUS/EVGA exactly?

Thanks both for your answers

This is the closest I could find to your price:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487275&cm_re=1060_6GB-_-14-487-275-_-Product
$259.99 after a $20 MiR.

Seems the best ones are in the $300+ range, like the ASUS Strix. Not to say that this EVGA isn't good, It's just the cheapest one I cold recommend.

The single fan cards aren't bad, it's that they are usually for cases that have space restrictions. Not sure how the performance it overall, but I'd think it would thermal throttle quicker than the bigger cards.
