From what I see about your motherboard, you have enough SATA ports to connect an Optical Drive as well, so the answer is Yes.
Basically you should have 6 available SATA ports not counting the SATA express as it shares the SATA mode with the M.2 slot. This means that you should still have 4 available SATA ports for internal drives or Optical Drives.
