Safe Motherboard Temperature

I recently put the stock cooler on my motherboard and i never really looked at my motherboard temperatures before but i thought it seemed kinda hot....
HwMonitor says:
-----------------Value----------------Min-------------------Max
TMPIN0 - 38C---------------------23C------------------54C
TMPIN1 - 44C---------------------23C------------------57C
TMPIN2 - 35C---------------------23C------------------66C
Any help would be great!

Yah this PSU is on sale. Turkey Scratch showed it to me and it actually seems decent..

Kinda a dumb question but im getting a new case .

I love this case and it'll be great because i own the bigger 100R with a micro atx motherboard. But if i were to put a sticker on the power supply..... It wouldn't void the warranty right? Like popping a big old sticker i got from the EVGA FTW onto the PSU? Thanks man
