After unlocking my CPU core and setting it to recommended settings I exited bios but my pic shut off instead of going and when it did turn back on no bios no video no post and the CPU fan was spinning but slow aka a undervolt but during normal startup it hits 100% and is loud while during ucc it was silent Clearing cmos did the trick
