Will my cpu bottleneck?

I have a 750ti, I want to upgrade to a 950 and give my 750ti to my brother for his build. My processor is a i5 3330 and the 750ti is fine with that. Will the 950 work well with my cpu.

A RX 460 draws more power and has less performance. The 1050 Ti needs no power connectors and is great for pre-builts for that reason. And it performs better.
