Hi guys. I tried to OC my processor (i5 4690k).
I have a z97 MOBO. I did go into the settings, i did set the speed to 4000MHz and i did save the profile and load it. But when i boot the computer, the CPU is still at 3.5GHz. Now, is it normal to be like that, or there is something i have to do?
Also, i have another problem. The cpu is at 30-50% when in idle.

Why is that? I tried plugging in the razer mamba and kraken 7.1 in a usb 3.0 port, but nothing changed.
