So my Corsair H100i bottom coper plate was very nasty and corroded with filth so I unscrewed it off to clean it and when I was unscrewing the copper plate off and heard some noise like it released some air came out and also just a little bit of coolant also spilled out but not much...So did I brake my H100i or will it be fine I was nervous to put it back on my cpu because I didn't want to fry my CPU

Solution
The noise you heard was air entering the loop.
There is very minimal amounts of liquid in the cooler to begin with, air is not a good thing to have in there (neither is the leaking of coolant).

You can try it and monitor temps, however its generally never a good idea to attempt to open a CLC. They are a closed loop for a reason.
