ok, so to start off here are my specs

im aware that this is an issue, and it sucks, but my motherboard is slowly dying, i got it used no working audio, no big deal i had an audio card, but after a while the pci slot stopped working, the ethernet port just wont detect sometimes, i have to restart over and over, its not the ethernet or the cable or the splitter box i use, i tested them all and they work. none of that buged me too much, but now i blue screen about 15% of the time i boot up, i am overclocking, but thats not the issue, i have under clocked it severely to no avail, so im currently overclocked. so i know my mobo is dying.
so now my question is this. should i just replace my mobo with something like a z77, or should i say screw it and take the chance and upgrade to something like a 4---K, i dont have the cash to put out for a skylake right now, but the third option would be wait it out and try to save up for a skylake, or zen later down the road. any help would be greatly appreciated!
