Hello guys,
I am in the stage where I'm plugging all the wires from the PSU / the rest to my components.
Basically I'm stuck at the SATA Cables. I got no Idea where to plug it on the motherboard coz:
What is RAID? AHCI and IDE modes ?

Also, I think I connected my SSD right but not sure?
Basically 1 Cable is the SATA Power on the SSD and it goes to the PSU with a 7 pin output.
The SATA Data (I think I know how it looks and it was included in the MB Box) goes to the motherboard but I got 2 choises:
SATA3 0/1/2/3/4/5 connectors or
sSATA 0/1/2/3/4/5 connectors
I don't know the difference or anything?
But it says:
on the SATA: The Intel Chipset supports RAID 0, 1 ,5 ,10.
sSATA: Only AHCI and IDE modes are supported.
Guys I got literally no idea where do I plug my SSD and HHD on the Motherboard and all that kind of stuff.

Oh, also, this is how the power sata cable looks like right ? and I can connect HDD and SSD to the same Wire thing ?

sata power is the same for both type of hard drives the modes are what you select once your in bios when you first boot plugging up is easy look at you plugs & your psu should be labelled to where they are meant to go

Yeah I got no problem with the SATA Power.
When it comes to SATA Data I'm confused...
It's either 1 entrance or the 2nd on the MotherBoard.
I have to plug them somewhere before starting my PC right? So where ?

To explain it clearer, here's the manual page of my MB:

RAID is some kind of virtualisation where you make multiple HDDS into 1 virtual (or more depending RAID you want) for better performance, AHCI (Advanced host controller device) is a sata mode which allow more speed and more advanced options on drives ect... It's a newer model of IDE.
For sSATA look here: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28675789/iSATA-vs-sSATA.html
And just connect your drives to SATA3 port.
Cheers.

Your baracuda is a 6gb/s drive then connect it to the sSata3 6gbs connector 0 on your pages (bottom choice on page and small dual block) putting it in ACHI in bios before formatting it, and your off to the races

unless your doing raid (need 2 drives which you did not list) then it would be in Sata3

One more question:
I got a fcked up Cable I don't know what to do with (my HDD SATA DATA is not connected yet ).
Basically it's same as the SATA Cable that had similar endings, but this one has 1 end 8GB/s and other end 6GB/s written on it. Do I use it for the HDD ? And if so, which way do I plug it ?

The SSD should be connected to SSATA Port 0 and HDD to SSATA Port 1 both should be ACHI in bios.
as for cable, I never have used 8Gb/S cables but if I was in this situation I would suggest using it on the SSD.
keeping in mind if it doesn't work (I don't know why It would not) to swap the 8GB/s for a 6Gb/s cable.

Oh I didn't read myself.
I got 1 Cable that is 6gb/s on 2 sides
and 1 cable that is 6gb/s and 8gb/s on different sides

Oh crap, I found the normal 6GB/s in another box. 1 Problem solved.
And when it comes to the Plugging on the PIC I sent you, that's right ?
or I plug them at the Top where there's only 2 Inputs ?

Yeah sorry, I'm stressing crazy and I fear that when I will power my PC, something will break.
Anyways, the confusion comes from here:

I think Gigabyte doesn't know how to make proper UserManuals, or I'm just too stressed to understand.
