Hi everyone, In my laptop (Asus ROG G752VM) I have DDR4-2400 16GB(2*8GB) of RAM, which are hidden inside laptop and not easy to be replaced(unless disassemble is required). However, I have another 2 empty slots for RAM which I can upgrade. I want to add 1 stick of 16GB, while my laptop can support totally of 64GB. But I don't know whether those 2*8GB RAM will work fine with 1 additional stick of 16GB? Or If I want to add 16GB then I need to buy another 2*8GB and put them in those 2 empty slots available?

If you go to www.crucial.com and download their system scanner, it will tell you the exact amount and specification of the existing RAM and by how much you can add to it. It will also price it up for you but it doesn't mean you have to buy from them.

The downloaded scanner is quite safe to install and it doesn't phone home after you've finished with it.
