What Type Of PSU Should I Put In This Case (It Doesn't Say)?

Solution
Any ATX power supply will work. If you can, try to keep your questions in one thread.

Is there any reasoning/purpose behind getting the most expensive components?

I didn't ask this anywhere else. As for the tower I just like it. I see for PSU there are... full modular, modular semi modular. Then a different spec is 24 pin or 24+4. Then ATX, ATX12v, ATX12v/EPS12v.

You've asked a few relevant questions regarding computer parts in other threads. You can keep any of your questions in one thread, doesn't matter if they have no direct relevance to each other, that's no problem. Only easier to be helped by the ones who were already helping you.

Go for fully modular ATX12V / EPS12V (which is the mainstream power supply type).

Wattage depends on what you'll be using in that system. Could recommend a high quality 1000+ watts, but not necessary if 500-600 watts would already be enough.

Stick to EVGA, Corsair or Seasonic for high-end power supplies. They make the best and most reliable ones.

I'm using 684 watts according to pcpartpicker (Before overclocking of course). Should this be enough: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438065
