So here are the specs of the pc i am planning to build:
CPU: AMD A10 7860K
GPU: Gigabyte windforce rx460 4gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP
HDD: Seagate 1TB barracuda
PSU: EVGA 500w white 80+

Now I only need some ram...
I was thinking about getting the G.Skill Ripjaws V 8gb
BUT
I looked at the motherboard specs http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5657&kw=GA-F2A88XM-D3HP#sp
And it said that it supports DDR3 memory.
To be exact it said this.. 4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64 GB of system memory
Can that support the 8gb of G.skill ram i am hoping will work out?
Thanks to anyone who responds. :)

Solution
The G.Skill Ripjaws V is DDR4 RAM, your motherboard will not support it. You need to purchase DDR3; such as the G.Skill Ripjaws-X.
