Right now i have a AMD FX-6300 paired with a 750TI. Was thinking about upgrading to the 1050TI or just going for the 1060 3gb. I'm not the best with computers so i don't really feel comfortable overclocking my cpu which is why i was thinking maybe the 1050TI would be my best bet for an upgrade? I play on 1080p the games i play mainly are CSGO, H1Z1, World of Warcraft and Overwatch.

For those games the gtx 1050ti would be a nice gpu, and would make a nice pairing with your fx6300, no issues there. Enjoy your new gpu 
For example on overwatch you will be able to play ultra at 60+ fps, same for WoW

1050 Ti would be the best out of the 3. Either way, you will still get the same performance you will expect in both GPUs.
