Recently all of my games have been crashing, and I am getting extremely poor performance in all games (Including CSGO, Overwatch, and GTA 5). I have run synthetic benchmarks in FireStrike, and both my GPU and CPU are performing above what other people have achieved. What I do not understand is why my internet has slowed down to 700-800 kb/ps, which causes extreme lag in FPS games, and my games are crashing without warning. It just freezes up and then crashes. I have tried backing off my light 2.88GHz overclock to the stock 2.4, and that does nothing but decrease the performance. I have also tried installing different OS', Like windows 8.1 and 10, but they both blue screen, in 8.1 on startup, and in 10 whenever. I am currently running 7 which has no blue-screening issues, but I to install 7 on another HDD, and it blue screened there as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver, and none of this has worked. I have actually gotten a decrease in performance in Overwatch, from around 40-60 to 20-30. I am using: Q6600, GTX 770 4GB Windforce, 500w EVGA PSU, WD Blue 250GB HDD, using the stock cooler, Mixed DDR2 RAM, and a random wifi card I got almost 10 years ago.

Solution
You need to isolate what component is failing. Try running with one stick of RAM. If that doesn't fix it, swap and try running with one other. Then, try a different hard drive. Then, a different power supply, etc. etc. until you have isolated your hardware failure. Leave everything at stock while you're doing this.

If you don't isolate components, it will be a nightmare trying to figure it out.
