Best value for money Motherboard

Just wondering what is the best motherboard and CPU (for gaming) both of which have a price range around £90-160 ( maybe more)

As they are the two parts that are mainly needed, for this build I have going on as the current ones are old and slow. Whilst the other parts I have are pretty top.
