Is this motherboard fixable?

So I am wondering if this mother board was fixable, I normally wouldn't even consider this but it's basically free.

The image doesn't have enough definition to tell for sure if any of the tracks was broken, but you should be able to tell:

1. If they were not broken, a little touchup with nail polish or any other non conductive lacquer to cover the tracks should do it...

2. If any track was broken, you may need to take it to an electronics shop so someone with soldering experience can to rebuild the tracks. The mobo should be good after that.
