By high do you mean max details in everry game ?
I suggest changing cpu to 6600k with a motherboard that supports overclocking k cpus if possible.
Yourr gpu is enough for high in games but max details is different.
Form example gta v needs better gpu for max 1080p.
Battlefield 1 ultra seems to run well even at ultra:
